Alexandra Park - Dennistoun G31. (Grid Ref. NS 622 657)

The course starts and finishes at the play area adjacent to the boating pond then heads in an easterly direction through 10 controls marked by wooden posts that carry a number which corresponds to the number given on the map pack. This course should take approximately 30 minutes to walk round.

Bellahouston Park - Bellahouston G51. (Grid Ref. NS 550 636)

The course starts and finishes at the Bowling pavilion and heads in a south easterly direction following 16 controls marked by wooden posts. Each post carries a number which corresponds to the number given on the map pack. It should take approximately 60 minutes to walk round. The course may be unsuitable for people with limited mobility due to the hilly terrain.

First Aid can be found at the leisure centre adjacent to the start/finish point.

Cathkin Braes Country Park - Castlemilk G45. (Grid Ref. NS 620 580)

The course through the country park starts and finishes at the car park on Cathkin Road and heads off in a northerly direction through 18 controls marked by wooden posts that carry a number which corresponds to a number given on the map pack. The course should take around 1 hour to walk however it may be unsuitable for people with limited mobility due to the rough terrain. Stout footwear is advised.
