Mid Market Rent
What is it?
Grants for Mid Market Rent properties are available to assist people on low and modest incomes to access affordable rented accommodation. This housing option is popular with people on incomes that are not quite enough to afford owner occupation but can afford to pay more than an affordable rent.
Some Housing Associations provide mid market rent homes across the city. Rents for mid market rent are affordable, lower than private market rent but higher than Housing Association rent.
