Buying your home under the" Right to Buy" Scheme
What is it?
'Right to Buy' will end for all council and housing association tenants in Scotland on 1 August 2016. Tenants with a right to buy have until 31 July 2016 to do so.
The Scottish Government have published information for tenants who want to exercise a right to buy before right to buy ends.
