SG4: Network of Centres
What is it?
Policy CDP 4 of the City Development Plan sets out the context of the city's Network of Centres and the criteria for assessing development proposals affecting the centres.
This Guidance supports the policy by providing detailed assessment criteria in relation to the Town Centres First Principle, the role and function of the City's Network of Centres, assessment of particular types of retail and commercial development and accessibility to and between centres.

The consultation was concluded on 19 December 2016.
Adopted
These have now been adopted.
