You can use this form to apply for an Unoccupied Property Discount.

The Council Tax (Variation for Unoccupied Dwellings) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 allow for a reduction of Council Tax for unoccupied dwelling which is not a person's sole or main residence.
In order that I can determine the appropriate reduction due, please complete the questions below, supplying any evidence requested and submit the application.
Please note that payment should not be withheld pending the result of any discount application.
PROCESSING OF THIS DISCOUNT WILL BE DELAYED WITHOUT EVIDENCE.
Please note that claims for discount may be subject to inspection or review.
