About Us
Tramway is an international art-space which commissions, produces and presents contemporary arts projects including dance, performance and exhibitions. The name relates to the building's original purpose as a tram depot, which makes it a venue unlike any other, featuring unique theatre and gallery spaces.
Tramway's versatile spaces can be used by private and corporate clients as an edgy venue 'with a difference'. Our main gallery, T2, is one of the largest in the UK, second only to Tate Modern's Turbine Hall in scale.
