Valet and Environmental House Cleaning Service

What is it?

Our Valet service provides a professional house cleaning service. The service is available for empty properties and may be used by private and commercial letting agents and landlords. 

We will ensure that properties are returned to a high standard of cleanliness before they are occupied by new tenants.

Encore can provide two grades of property valets:

• The "A Clean" provides an intense clean of windows including frames, all kitchen surfaces, cupboards (both inside and out), all bathroom fittings, bathroom surfaces and all floor surfaces, including carpets, if required. The cost for service on request.

• The "B Clean" involves cleaning all windows, a deep clean of all kitchen surfaces and cupboards, a clean of the bathroom area and cleaning of floor surfaces. The cost for service on request.

Environmental House Cleaning Service

Our Environmental House Cleaning service is designed to tackle difficult and ongoing issues within the home.  This is an intense clearing and cleaning operation.

Environmental house cleaning is a fast, professional service which specialises in safe removal and disposal of body waste, needles and bio-hazardous materials, as well as all household waste, fridges, freezers, furniture, electrical goods and other unwanted goods in accordance with environmental regulations. 
 
In addition this service includes the wash down of walls and door skirting, along with all aspects of our valet service 'A Clean'. 
 
This service can also be provided within fire damaged properties.
