When you have set up an online account you will enjoy the benefits of being able to;
- Sign up to receive your bills electronically.
- View your monthly instalments.
- View a breakdown of any balance outstanding.
- View or print copies of your rates correspondence.
- Set up or amend direct debits.
You can set up an online account no matter how you pay your bill.
How to set up an account
If you do not currently have an online account and wish to create one you can Register here and proceed as instructed to create an account.
To set up an account you will only need:
- A valid email address, and
- Your Non Domestic Rates reference number.
- Your name as it appears on your rates bill.
The process should only take you a few minutes to complete.
