Aim of the Fund

The Fund is informed by the Glasgow City Council Strategic Plan and enables community organisations to provide nutritious food to children/young people using their services during school holiday periods. The Fund is for children/young people 0-18 years of age.

*The Children's Holiday Food programme is a grant for voluntary sector organisations. Information on School meals and clothing grants can be found on the website here: www.glasgow.gov.uk/schoolsandlearning

 

Spring Holiday 2023 activities for Glasgow Families

The Glasgow City Council Summer Children's Holiday Food Programme will operate during the Spring 2023 holiday.

Please return to this page nearer the time to find out what free activities are on offer for children and young people in your local community.

 

Success to Date...

During 2018/19 the Children's Holiday Food Programme ran during the Summer, October and February holidays.

The fund is now closed for Applications

Glasgow City Council are no longer accepting applications for the Children's Holiday Food Programme 2022/2023.
