City Property Glasgow (Operations SL2) LLP was incorporated on 28 March 2019 to facilitate funding agreements in relation to settling the Council's equal pay liability. The council is the principal member of the partnership, holding 99.999% of the ordinary capital. Under accounting standards, the council has a controlling interest in this company. It is therefore included in the Group Financial Statements as a subsidiary.
