Report a Parking Meter Problem

City Parking car parks, parking zones and parking charge areas within Glasgow can be viewed by using our interactive Parking Map.

Due to the fire in Garnethill we appreciate that some residents may have been displaced from where they usually park. To assist with this, your resident permit will be valid in Glasgow City Centre, Park, Woodlands and Woodside.

On street parking

Vehicle Pound

Location: Polmadie Depot, 425 Polmadie Road, Glasgow, G42 0PJ.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.30am to 7.45pm, Sundays and Public Holidays, 9.30am to 5pm.

How to recover your vehicle

To release your vehicle you will need:-

  • to pay the £180 charge
  • proof of ID such as your driving licence
  • proof of your address for instance a utility bill or passport.

Release fee and payment 

The release fee is £150 plus your £30 Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).  There is a daily storage fee of £20 and the PCN will increase to £60 if unpaid after 14 days.

Please note we do not accept cheques and as from Monday 3 December 2018 cash payments will not be accepted.

After this date you may only pay by debit or credit card.
