Any premises providing 'food' to the public for consumption, on or off the premises, between 11pm and 5am will require a Late Hours Catering License unless that premises is

and 'food' is being offered only within licensed operating hours.

The application will not be accepted without the correct fee.

Can someone object to an application?

Any person can make an objection or representation against a grant or renewal application during the 28 day consultation period.
