Due to essential upgrade and maintenance the Online Planning Portal may experience short interruptions to service on:

What is it?

Online Planning is a planning portal where plans and other documents are available for planning applications received on or after 1st January 2007.

• Planning Application data is only currently available from 1st January 1999
• Appeal data from 1st January 2001, and
• Enforcement data from 1st January 2006

The online planning histories displayed on this site may be incomplete and should not, therefore, be used as a substitute for a formal Property Enquiry Certificate.  The Council accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained using this search access.
