Gaelic Language Plan 2013 to 2017

As a public organisation, we are required by the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 to produce a Gaelic Language Plan.

Our plan for 2013 to 2017 recognises the important contribution of Gaelic to the history of Glasgow. It sets out the actions we will take to encourage wider use of the language and a greater appreciation of its place in our city.

Our plan was approved by our executive committee on 26 September 2013 and approved by Bòrd na Gaidhlig on 2 April 2014.
