What is it?

City Parking (Glasgow) Limited Liability Partnership was incorporated on 23 March 2007 to provide secure off-street parking facilities in the Glasgow area. We are the principal member of the partnership, holding 99.99% of the ordinary capital. Under accounting standards, we have a controlling interest in this company. It is therefore included in our group annual accounts as a subsidiary.
