What can I pay?

You can pay your Council Tax bill, a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) or an invoice for goods and/or services received from us.

When you pay your Council Tax bill, you will need to know your reference number.  It will be a number that starts with an 8 and can be found on a bill or letter from us about Council Tax.

When you pay a PCN, you will need to know the PCN number (the ticket number) and the Vehicle Registration number, this can be found on the PCN.

When you pay an invoice, you will need to know the 15 digit reference number, this can be found on your invoice.

How do I pay?

If you would like to make regular Council Tax payments online, you can register for an account. Registered users will have access to further facilities.

To make a one-off payment for Council Tax, a Penalty Charge Notice or an invoice, you can use or online payment facility.
