Severe Weather Conditions

The UK Government defines severe weather as severe storms, gales, persistent low temperatures, heavy snow, heat waves and major flooding.

Weather conditions can change quickly so it is essential to keep up to date with weather forecasts and weather warnings from the Met Office. You can find them online on Met Office website: https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/

Flooding

Check SEPA's website for the latest flooding alerts: https://floodline.sepa.org.uk/floodupdates/ or phone the Floodline on 0345 988 1188.


Loss of power

If you experience loss of power, you should phone 105, which will connect any customer to the correct network operator which distributes power in their region.
