There is a vast amount of information on the internet regarding security and how to protect your property from a terrorist attack. However, it would be advised to follow the guidance of the national agencies whose main role is Counter Terrorism and Security advice.  The following websites should be utilised whilst creating security plans for your business, home or event: -

Glasgow City Council has created a City Centre Evacuation Plan in conjunction with Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue, Scottish Ambulance Service, British Transport Police, Network Rail and Transport Scotland.  Information on the plan can be found here.

If you see something suspicious, please report this to either your local Police Office, using the 101/999 system or the Anti-Terrorist Hotline on 0800 789 321.
