Important Information

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) there have been changes made to this service.  

We are asking visitors to wear face coverings throughout the centre. Members will have to book slots for the gym, click and connect.

We no longer provide a youth drop in service. All activities are planned ahead and structured.

About us

The Maryhill Hub opened to the public in July 2010, and provides a range of leisure, learning and recreational activities for the Wyndford and wider Maryhill communities.

We have a community gym which offers great value for money, a café with a great range of food on offer.  Our Click and Connect centres also offer free internet and computer access.  Further details below.

Café 

The Café within the Centre is The Wyndford Diner and is open from 9.00am - 4.00pm, Tuesday to Friday and 10.00am - 3.00pm on a Saturday.

Community Gym

For £13 you can access our fantastic gym and fitness centre up until December 2021 or if you prefer, we offer a £3 pay as you go. Simply complete a membership form and you can access the gym Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am - 9.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 3.30pm.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that members book a time slot in advance to secure a place. We have several throughout the day to help accommodate everyone.

One year membership for 2021 is £26 - Price for rest of 2021 is £13 per year.

Click and Connect

Thanks to our partnership with the Wheatley Group and Glasgow Kelvin College, our Click and Connect Learning Centre opened in 2014. The learning centre has 20 PCs with internet access, which can be accessed for FREE.

We're asking members to book a time slot for computer access to save any disappointment. To find out more, pop into the centre or call 0141 945 3855.

Birthday parties 

The main hall in the Hub can be transformed into the perfect venue for kids' birthday parties. To book a birthday party at the centre, pop in and speak to the staff or call 0141 945 3855.

The Maryhill Hub Main Hall is great place for parties, and the options available are.

The time slot is on Saturday afternoons from 1pm - 3pm.

Option 1:       SILVER PACKAGE:  Hall Hire Only: £83

Option 2:       GOLD PACKAGE: Hall Hire and Use of Bouncy Castle: £103

Option 3:       PLATINUM PACKAGE: Hall Hire, Use of Bouncy Castle and Sound System: £124

**Please note a £20 booking fee is charged to secure your party and payable within 3 days of booking. This is deducted from your balance. This amount is non-refundable and asked to be paid one week prior to party date.

Activities and Programmes 

We have a variety of activities and programmes taking place throughout the year.  To find out the most up to date information about our activities visit our Facebook page where you will find the latest information. Or if you are passing pop in and a member of staff will be able to provide you with the latest information.

Meetings and conferences 

The Maryhill Hub has several small and large rooms that can be used for meetings, events and conferences.  We even have some rooms that can be rented out on a more permanent basis. To book one of our rooms or speak to someone about it call 0141 945 3855.

Steering Group 

The Maryhill Hub has a Steering Group that is made up of local people and local organisations, they help fundraise for activities and programmes within the centre.  They also voluntarily deliver, in partnership with centre staff a variety of activities throughout the year such as Family Fun day, older adults' lunch etc.  They are always looking for additional support and members.  If you're interested in joining the steering group, let the staff in the centre know and they will get someone from the group to contact you.
