About us

The Maryhill Hub opened to the public in July 2010, and provides a range of leisure, learning and recreational activities for the Wyndford and wider Maryhill communities.

We have a community gym which offers great value for money, a café with a great range of food on offer. Our Click and Connect centres also offer free internet and computer access. Further details below.

Café

The Café within the Centre is The Wyndford Diner and is open from 9.00am - 4.00pm, Tuesday to Friday and 10.00am - 1.00pm on a Saturday.

Community Gym

Community Gym - For only £32 until 31 March 2025, £16 until 30th September 2024 or for £3 pay as you go, you can make use of our community gym, call the centre on 0141 945 3855 for info. Age 16+

Click and Connect

Thanks to our partnership with the Wheatley Group and Glasgow Kelvin College, our Click and Connect Learning Centre opened in 2014. The learning centre has 20 PCs with internet access, which can be accessed for FREE. Registration forms need to be completed beforehand

Birthday parties

The main hall in the Hub can be transformed into the perfect venue for kids' birthday parties. To book a birthday party at the centre, pop in and speak to the staff or call 0141 945 3855.
The Maryhill Hub Main Hall is great place for parties, and the options available are.

The time slot is on Saturday afternoons from 1.30pm - 3.30pm.

Option 1: 2-hour Hall Hire Only: £92
Option 2: 2-hour Hall Hire and Use of Bouncy Castle: £112
Option 3: 2-hour Hall Hire, Use of Bouncy Castle and Music System: £138

**Please note a £20 booking fee is charged to secure your party and payable within 3 days of booking. This is deducted from your balance. This amount is non-refundable. The full balance must be paid at least one week before the date of the party.

Activities and Programmes

We have a variety of activities and programmes taking place throughout the year. To find out the most up to date information about our activities visit our Facebook page where you will find the latest information. Or if you are passing pop in and a member of staff will Facebook be able to provide you with the latest information.

Meetings and conferences

The Maryhill Hub has small and large rooms that can be used for meetings, events and conferences. We even have some rooms that can be rented out on a more permanent basis. To book one of our rooms or speak to someone about it call 0141 945 3855.

Steering Group

The Maryhill Hub has a Steering Group that is made up of local people and local organisations, they help fundraise for activities and programmes within the centre. They also voluntarily deliver, in partnership with centre staff a variety of activities throughout the year such as Family Funday and older adults' lunch. They are always looking for additional support and members. If you're interested in joining the steering group, let the staff in the centre know and they will get someone from the group to contact you.
