Position: School Crossing Patroller
Location: City Wide
Duration: Permanent
Role Profile/Grade: CFUS1, Grade 1
Core Pay: £16,552.75 per annum (pro rata)
Non-Core Pay: £572.00 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours of Work: Depending on crossing

Cordia is responsible for managing the provision of School Crossing Patrols throughout the city of Glasgow. School Crossing Patrollers provide an important and invaluable road safety service. There are currently temporary vacancies based in various locations throughout Glasgow. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Duties include assisting children across specified roads on their way to and from school, adhering to road safety regulations.
Applicants must be able to communicate effectively and have good judgement on road safety matters. They should be reliable, conscientious and able to work unsupervised.
Please note this position is subject to membership of the PVG Scheme.
