Using Teams

If you are using Teams to keep in touch with colleagues we have produced a quick staff guide on some  pdf icon general considerations and etiquette [63kb] to help you get the most from using it.  Some guides on using MS Teams are also available here.

The council has an approved rollout plan for delivering Teams across key areas of the business. This is being managed by our Strategic and Innovation Technology Team (SIT) in conjunction with local SIT Business Partners. Staff will be kept informed on progress.

E-Learning

Technology Refresh

Technology Refresh is our IT programme which will replace PCs, laptops, hybrid tablets across the council family, that's around 19'000 computers. The new computers will be installed with Windows 10, the latest operating system from Microsoft, to provide updated technology across the applications we use.
