In 2020, #bekind became one of the most used and talked about hashtags as it launched a movement for change in the UK - encouraging us all to come together to support each other through challenging times.
Now that things are changing once again, it's just as important to #bekind and to support each other.
Five ways to be kind and support each other:
Take the time to ask, 'how are you?' and really listen to your colleague's reply
Share a positive and supportive comment to encourage and motivate them
'charity begins at work' - bring skills and resources together to get involved in a collaborative work for charity or workplace fundraiser
'treat others how you want to be treated' - a small act of kindness can be the positive impact in their lives they need at this time
Give time to help a colleague with a project they are doing or by sending them information or key resource you've found helpful.
