Support for Ukrainian Nationals arriving in Glasgow

If you have recently arrived in Glasgow from Ukraine your visa will either be under Homes for Ukraine or Scottish Super Sponsor

Home for Ukraine

If you have arrived under this scheme you should already be linked with a sponsor and you are free to be accommodated by your sponsor straight away.

If for any reason your sponsor is unable to support you with accommodation on your arrival you should contact 0141 222 7352 during office hours or outwith office hours then phone 0300 343 1505, where arrangements will be made to accommodate you at a Hotel.  Officers from Glasgow City HSCP Asylum and Refugee Service will then endeavour to match you with another sponsor.

Scottish Super Sponsor

If you have arrived under this scheme you are likely to be without accommodation on your arrival. If you arrive in Glasgow city centre by bus, train or car you should contact 0141 222 7352 during office hours or outwith office hours then phone 0300 343 1505, where arrangements will be made to accommodate you in a hotel. Officers from Glasgow City HSCP will then interview you to discuss your options for securing accommodation.

If you fly into Glasgow Airport you should see a manned welcome desk at arrivals. Staff at these desks will arrange for you to be escorted to an airport hotel.
