The City Development Plan has proposed three Local Development Frameworks (LDF) to deliver planning change within three communities in the city where it's recognised an additional layer of planning guidance would be helpful.
The Greater Pollok Local Development Framework (LDF) will provide a structure for future development in the Greater Pollok. It will include guidance on developments for transport infrastructure, roads, pavements, public spaces, parks and play areas, housing, shops, business areas, community facilities.
We want the people of Greater Pollok to decide what goes into the LDF and any proposals that might emerge from it.
The survey information you provided helped us to find out more about the issues and priorities that mattered most to the people and stakeholders of Greater Pollok.
View the Survey and Common Place Map to find out what people said about specific spaces and locations.

Having gathered your initial thoughts on issues and opportunities, we will now prepare a draft LDF document which can then be shared with the community and stakeholders for detailed comment.
We'll then prepare a finalised document which we'll also share before submitting it to the Scottish Government as a 'formal strategy for the area.'
Public consultation is expected to commence once a draft LDF has been completed. More details will be provided in due course.
Currently the Greater Pollok LDF is out for 1st Stage - Initial Consultation.
