This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor Patricia Chalmers:- "Council notes with concern that the Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition's reforms to Local Housing Allowance (LHA) which take effect from tomorrow, will have disastrous consequences for nearly 10,000 of the most vulnerable people in our communities and will cost this city alone almost £5m in lost revenue. Council believes that these foolhardy measures will have a detrimental impact on local communities, further believes that these cuts form part of a wider package of measures that amount to an assault on the welfare state and calls on the coalition to rethink these proposals.".
