This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor Graeme Hendry:- "Council welcomes the findings in the 2010 Review of Remuneration for Local Authority Councillors and believes it has been fair to Glasgow. Council welcomes the recommendation that Glasgow should have an additional six senior Councillors. However Council notes with concern the finding that Glasgow is the only Council in Scotland with a policy of paying Councillors to sit on ALEOs and that this policy 'completely undermines the principle which underpin the existing remuneration scheme' and agrees to take immediate action to rectify this. Council acknowledges that ending payments to Councillors on ALEOs will generate a saving in excess of £200k per annum which can be directed at front line services and agrees to immediately suspend all payments to Councillors on ALEOs to allow this to happen.".
