This is the list of documents available for the submission By Bailie John McLaughlin:- "This Council is gravely concerned at the flood of complaints from constituents regarding the failure by the Council's Land and Environmental Services and Glasgow's Regeneration Agency to provide an acceptable level of service to some of the city's most vulnerable residents for Garden Maintenance. Council regrets the distress caused to the many residents who depend on this service. Council agrees to investigate this matter to fully establish what went so badly wrong and to rectify the situation so that it does not happen again.".
