Submission Documents: By Councillor Matthew Kerr:- "The Council views the provision of appropriate day services to adults with learning disability as one of its most fundamental responsibilities. The replacement of the Accord Centre with alternative provision at the Riddrie Day Centre and at the Bambury Centre represents both an improvement in the available facilities and a further step towards the modernisation of day services. Council believes that this is a key step forward in ensuring that Glasgow can deliver the best possible range of services for some of our most vulnerable citizens and pledges to continue to engage with service users and carers in the shaping of this future."
