This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor Graeme Hendry:- "Glasgow City Council notes with concern the report of the Royal Incorporation of Architects of Scotland (RIAS) into the George Square redevelopment procurement process. Council considers that the debacle has damaged the reputation of this Council amongst the architectural community and in wider public perception. The Council therefore resolves to invite Audit Scotland to audit the Design Competition process followed for the George Square Redevelopment Project including the role played by Elected Members. Furthermore the Council agrees to ask the Chief Executive to draw up specific guidelines to be applied in future Design Competitions to include the role of Elected Members in both agreeing the Procurement Strategy and the subsequent tender and evaluation stages.".
