Glasgow looks forward to welcoming athletes from across the Commonwealth and, reaffirming Glasgow's commitment to human rights, Council agrees that the Rainbow Flag, as a symbol of support for welcoming diversity, will fly from the City Chambers flagpole for the 7 days prior to the Commonwealth Games during which the Commonwealth flag will fly.".
