This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor Norman MacLeod:- "This Council welcomes the recent introduction of Universal Free School Meals for all Primary 1, 2 and 3 pupils in its schools. Council notes the social, health and educational benefits of providing a nutritious meal for our youngest pupils. The provision of universal free school meals complements exisiting Council policy in relation to providing the options and support that children need to be ready to learn. Council therefore requests that the Chief Executive write on behalf of the Council to the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Development to endorse the work of the Scottish Government in this area of policy.".
