This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor Judith Fisher:- "Council notes with concern the recent rulings by the Office for National Statistics and EUROSTAT regarding the administration of the Scottish Government's capital funding programme, the Scottish Futures Trust; is concerned at the impact that this ruling may have on projects within the city, including Carntyne Primary School, Blairdardie Primary School, West Area Day Centre and Gorbals Health Centre; calls on the Cabinet Secretary for Finance to issue assurances that there will be no cost increases for Glasgow nor funding delays on these important projects; does not believe it to be appropriate for any additional financial costs to be passed to local government particularly in light of dramatic and disproportionate cuts to our settlement which will cost this Council £109m in this financial year alone; and resolves to work with all of our city's representatives to ensure that these projects are delivered on time for our local communities.".
