This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor Martha Wardrop:- "Glasgow City Council aims to be a city which leads on recycling. Council notes that the Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2012 requires some food businesses to segregate food waste for separate collection and acknowledges that this is applicable to council services distributing, preparing or serving food. The Council must take all reasonable steps to apply the waste hierarchy to the management of waste and be prepared to present food waste for separate collection. The Council agrees that all users of Council and ALEO premises will have access to on-site recycling facilities including for food waste. Use of these facilities will be supported by a local awareness campaign to encourage participation in waste prevention, reuse, and recycling.".
