Who Cares Scotland has recently issued their Thousand Voices challenge and manifesto, to make Scotland the most caring nation in the world. The First Minister recently met young people in care to hear their experiences. Council therefore invites all elected members to commit to the 1,000 Voices project by hearing the experiences of some of our young care leavers. Help Icon
