An opportunity has arisen for the position of Commis Chef working within Glasgow Concert Halls, where you will report to the Senior Commis Chef.

The main duties and responsibilities will include the delivery of a high standard of catering provision including the preparation and cooking of a range of products including home baking, fresh pasta dishes and daily specials.

You will be self-motivated with an excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and will support the Senior Commis Chef and Head Chef to ensure performance targets and objectives are achieved.
