P1 early enrolment consultation
Do you have a child who will be starting school in the next few years - then we want to hear from you.
At the moment families or carers can register their child for school during the enrolment weeks in November and January, for children who are due to commence P1 in the following August.
We are now proposing to ask families or carers to register their child during the enrolment week in November only.
Although we would advocate local schools for local children this will allow families, who wish to make a placing request, more time to consider their choices and more time for families who do not get the school of their choice.
