12. Stakeholders raised a number of issues concerning development constraints and risks to the housing delivery in response to the previous SHIP consultation and at the Glasgow Development Conference which took place on 31 May 2017 at the Lighthouse.
13. Please detail any emerging development constraints or issues which will put housing delivery at risk in the next 3-5 years.
