You can use this form to apply to book one of our venues for an event.
Locations currently available are:
- Kibble Palace, Botanic Gardens
- Kibble Palace South Wing, Botanic Gardens
Please note:
We will ask you to choose a preferred location and second choice for your planned event, as your chosen site may not be available at the time of booking.
Payment can be made in full or by paying a £50 deposit.
Final payment will be due 30 days prior to the specified date.
Upon receipt of this form the venue date will be checked for availability and confirmed to you via email. You will then be supplied with a reference number and details on how to pay. Details outlining the cost of booking a venue can be found
here.
Your booking will be provisional until the minimum deposit is received.
