We work in partnership with several providers to deliver our training - so it could be delivered online or in person. Please check the details when registering. All training courses delivered meet our Equality Outcomes, Healthy Working Lives programme and Health and Wellbeing initiatives.

The webinar will explain the function of pelvic floor muscles, as well as outlining how to prevent, self-manage or seek support for symptoms of bladder and bowel incontinence, and prolapse. |

Monday 23 September 9.30am - 12.30pm Teams Sign Up | Dementia Awareness Workshop - Age Scotland This interactive online workshop will provide an overview of dementia, discuss the main types and stages of dementia, as well as the signs and symptoms and diagnosis process. The importance of good communication will also be covered with some tips for having a compassionate conversation with someone living with dementia. The session will explore ways of reducing risk factors for dementia and what people can do to live well with dementia. Please register your interest by signing up now. |
