  • signalled crossings at main roads
  • quality bus corridors
  • advanced stop lines at traffic signals
  • traffic calmed or lightly trafficked streets

Route Maps

To help the people of Glasgow who wish to cycle for pleasure, to work or to school, a free ‘Fit for Life’ cycle route map is available that illustrates the ever growing cycle network across the City.

In addition, individual cycle route leaflets are available that cover both the extensive commuter routes throughout the city and also long distance routes that provide access to the countryside.
